Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe Wiktor-Eko Sp. z o.o. based in Sosnowiec was separated and transformed into an independent company in December 1994 from P.H.P. ,, Wiktor” Sp. z o.o. based in Bytom, which operated in the years 1991 - 1994 under the name of Zakład Remontowo-Rozruchowy.
The basic scope of the company's services was comprehensive commissioning of modernized and new investments in water and sewage management, such as water treatment plants and wastewater treatment plants. The spin-off and transformation into an independent company Wiktor-Eko extended the service offer to other installations and industrial facilities, mainly related to the electric power industry.
